I've been a licensed Illinois real estate broker since 1983, and I own and manage my own independent brokerage. For more than 40 years I've guided buyers, sellers and investors through residential and investment transactions, including the complicated ones.

What sets me apart is my background in finance. I'm a CPA and served as the State of Illinois Director of Mortgage Banking, so I understand the numbers behind every deal.
